This Privacy Policy explains how Infinite Visions, operated by Eshaan Sood as a sole proprietor (“Infinite Visions”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data through infinite.eshaansood.in, our application and booking forms, communications, and the Infinite Visions guitar mentorship programme. We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules in force from time to time.

1. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Identity and contact data: name, email address, telephone number, country or time zone, and age or confirmation that you are an adult.

Application and learning data: guitar experience, goals, challenges, availability, questionnaire answers, practice updates, questions, feedback, and other information you choose to provide.

Booking and communication data: appointment dates, attendance, call notes, email, SMS or other messages, and support or grievance records.

Programme and community data: membership status, lesson activity, forum posts, comments, and material you submit. Community posts may be visible to other members.

Transaction data: programme selected, amount, payment status, transaction reference, refunds, and limited billing details. Complete card, bank-account, or UPI credentials are handled by payment providers and are not stored by us.

Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, timestamps, referral source, cookie identifiers, email engagement, and advertising or analytics events where those tools are enabled.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data that we have not requested.

2. Why we use personal data

We use personal data for specified purposes including to:

respond to enquiries and assess applications;

schedule calls, send reminders, and provide Zoom or other meeting details;

process payments, instalments, cancellations, and refunds;

create and manage programme, lesson-library, and community access;

deliver coaching, respond to questions, and improve lessons and support;

send service communications and, where you have consented or law permits, marketing messages;

measure website and campaign performance, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain security, and troubleshoot;

keep business, consent, transaction, and tax records; and

comply with legal obligations and resolve complaints or disputes.

We rely on your consent, the steps needed to provide a service you requested, performance of our agreement with you, and other uses permitted by applicable law. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop communications necessary to deliver a purchase or respond to you.

3. Consent and your choices

Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it as easily as reasonably possible by using an unsubscribe link or emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Some data is necessary to process an application, book a call, take payment, or provide membership; if you do not provide it, we may be unable to provide that service.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We and our service providers may use essential cookies for security, forms, sessions, and preferences. Where enabled and permitted, we may also use analytics, email-measurement, and advertising technologies to understand visits and campaign performance. These technologies may collect technical identifiers and interaction events. You can use available cookie controls, browser settings, or contact us to withdraw optional consent. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website from working.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose only the personal data reasonably needed for a provider to perform its service. Providers may include:

GoHighLevel or equivalent website, CRM, form, automation, email, and SMS providers;

Google services for calendar, email, files, or productivity;

Zoom or another video-meeting provider;

Stripe, Razorpay, Cashfree, banks, or financing providers where used for payment;

video-hosting and member-community platforms;

hosting, security, analytics, advertising, accounting, and professional advisers.

We may also disclose data when required by law, a court, a regulator, or to investigate fraud, protect users, enforce our terms, or complete a lawful business reorganisation. We do not sell personal data.

6. Processing outside India

Some service providers operate or store data outside India, including in the United States. Where cross-border processing occurs, we use providers and contractual or organisational safeguards appropriate to the service and comply with restrictions notified under Indian law.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose described above or to meet legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements. In general, enquiry data is reviewed after 24 months of inactivity; membership and service records are kept for the membership period and a reasonable period afterward; and transaction, consent, security, and tax records may be retained for longer where law or a payment provider requires it. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymise the data.

8. Security and data breaches

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, reputable service providers, and account-security practices. No internet service is completely secure. If a personal-data breach occurs, we will investigate, limit harm, and notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board when applicable law requires it.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for a summary of personal data and processing activities, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure when retention is no longer required, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal. You may also nominate another individual to exercise rights in circumstances permitted by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Send a request from the email associated with your record to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may verify your identity before acting. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may use remedies available under applicable law, including a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India when that mechanism applies.

10. Adults only

The paid programme is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly solicit or enrol children through this funnel. If you believe a child’s personal data was submitted, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

11. Calls, testimonials, and recordings

Calls are not recorded for publication without notice and any consent required by law. We will not publish a testimonial, identifiable progress story, photograph, audio, or video for marketing without permission. You may withdraw future marketing use, although material already lawfully printed or incorporated into an existing production may not always be retractable.

12. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites or services are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent practices.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy as our services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date here and communicate material changes where appropriate.

14. Contact and grievance redressal
