These Terms govern the website at infinite.eshaansood.in and the Infinite Visions annual guitar mentorship programme. Infinite Visions is operated by Eshaan Sood as a sole proprietor. By using the website, applying, booking a call, purchasing, or accessing the programme, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The programme is for adults aged 18 or older who play guitar above the absolute-beginner level. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. The programme
Membership runs for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing. It includes access to the lesson library, scheduled group calls, one bookable 30-minute individual guidance or office-hours session per membership month, and access to the member forum for progress updates and reasonable asynchronous responses.
The lesson library is shared across the programme. Individual questions are handled during calls or in the forum; custom lessons are not promised. Recurring questions may become lessons available to all members.
3. Scheduling and attendance
Calls must be booked from the times made available. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. A missed appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice consumes that session. Sessions do not automatically roll over. We may make a reasonable exception or offer an alternative time, but this is not guaranteed.
4. Fees and payment
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Razorpay, Cashfree, a bank, or an approved financing provider.
If you use instalments or third-party financing, that provider’s terms also apply. Failure or reversal of payment may result in suspension of access until the balance is resolved. We do not store complete card, bank-account, or UPI credentials.
5. Refund and cancellation policy
You may request a full refund of the programme fee within 30 calendar days of purchase by emailing [email protected] from the email used to enrol. Access to the programme, library, calls, and community will end when the refund is issued.
We will initiate an eligible refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after confirming the request. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit it. Non-refundable charges imposed by a lender or payment provider are excluded only when they were disclosed before purchase and applicable law permits the exclusion.
After the 30-day period, programme fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling attendance or choosing not to use the programme does not create a refund right. Routine membership pauses are not offered; serious exceptional circumstances may be considered individually without creating an ongoing entitlement.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your instrument, equipment, internet connection, practice, attendance, and decisions based on the educational material. Please interact respectfully, protect other members’ privacy, and do not post unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful material.
7. Accounts and access
Your access is personal and may not be shared, resold, recorded, scraped, or redistributed. Keep login details confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend access for non-payment, misuse, unlawful conduct, infringement, harassment, or a material breach of these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The website, lessons, recordings, written material, programme structure, trademarks, and original resources are owned by or licensed to Infinite Visions. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them personally during your membership. No ownership transfers to you.
You keep ownership of material you post. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, copy, and process that material only as needed to operate the programme and community. Do not upload material you do not have the right to share.
9. Educational nature and outcomes
The programme provides music education and guidance, not a guaranteed artistic, professional, financial, or performance result. Progress varies with starting level, practice, attendance, health, equipment, and other factors. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not guarantees.
10. Third-party services
The programme may rely on third-party services for payments, email, calendars, video meetings, video hosting, analytics, and community features. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. We are not responsible for outages or acts outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to restore or provide access.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. By submitting information, you confirm that it is yours to provide and is accurate. Marketing consent may be withdrawn without affecting programme communications required to deliver your purchase.
12. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Visions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. For claims that may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability will not exceed the programme fees you paid during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes and termination
We may make reasonable changes to delivery, schedules, platforms, or programme materials. We will not materially reduce the core paid service without a reasonable substitute. Sections concerning payment, intellectual property, privacy, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
14. Governing law and grievances
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or statutory remedy available to you.

15. Updates
We may update these Terms prospectively. The date above will show the latest revision. Material changes affecting an active paid membership will be communicated by email or through the programme platform.
